Marketplace Launch Help Page

Hello,

As you may already know, gPanel is now in the newly announced Marketplace 2.0 from Google.  If you are experiencing issues with gPanel, please choose the appropriate link in the table of contents:



Issues Performing Actions Inside the Application



1) Login to the gPanel App.  First, click on Administration  Role Editor from the gPanel menu.


2) Click on the Reauthenticate Domain OAuth button in the upper right of the Role Editor window.  If this has not been set yet, it will instead say Set Domain OAuth Access.



3) The next screen will display in bold who is the authorized administrator.  To re-authenticate with a 
different administrator, click Re-Authenticate.



4) Next, you can review the various features that gPanel is being authorized to do on your domain.
Click Accept.


5) Refresh the page and try the action again.

Issues with Installing the Application


If you are experiencing issues with installation where you click the Allow button when on the allowing scopes page and it redirects back to the same screen, simply click the Allow button again (Two times in total).  It should continue after that.

Issue Entering the Application

  If you see the following screen when trying to access gPanel, it is likely that your API access is turned off and you will need to enable it. 


Enable API Access Classic Admin Panel Instructions


1) The Admin Panel Dashboard menu is displayed in the image below. 


2) From the Admin Panel Dashboard menu, select the Domain Settings tab.


3) The Domain Settings tab will launch the Domain Settings menu. Select the User Settings tab from this menu.


4) The User Settings tab will open the User Settings menu, and simply select Enable Provisioning API by selecting the check box.
5) Select the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen.


Enable API Access New Google Admin Panel instructions


1) Go to your admin panel dashboard at admin.google.com



2) Click Security > API reference. (Note, security may be under More Controls)

3) Check Enable API access.


4) Click Save Changes.
