General Information


The Groups tab allows a user's account to be linked with other users that are frequently contacted. The Group contains the email addresses of users, so group emails are as simple as a single click. Simply select the Group, and send your message.

Groups are created and managed by the administrator, and members can share emails, Google Docs, Google Calendars, Google Videos, and Google Sites. Group members can consist of any of your organization's domains, or members that are not associated with your organization's domain. Groups can also be nested, meaning they can contain other group addresses.

 


Click on the "Groups" tab under Directory to view and edit group information.



From here you can view the groups and make changes. 


Reload

To reload the group list click the "Reload" button on the toolbar.
