Subscribe to gPanel1) Go into the application at gpanel.promevo.com 2) Locate the profile picture in the upper right and click it. Next, click Subscription in the drop down menu. 3) Enter the number of licenses that you wish to purchase, what type of G Suite domain you have (Google Apps For Work, Google Apps for Education, Google Apps for Government, or Google Apps for Non-Profit) and then select your Sales representative. Next, select Purchase for the product you want. 4) You will be taken to the payment confirmation screen. Confirm the details of the purchase and select Next. 5) Enter your Credit Card information and select Submit. Manage your gPanel SubscriptionsFor those clients that already are subscribed to gPanel and wish to purchase more licenses, you can easily manage your subscriptions through our easy Subscription Manager. 1) Go into the application at gpanel.promevo.com 2) Locate the profile picture in the upper right and click it. Next, click Subscription in the drop down menu. 3) Locate the product you wish to manage on the resulting and select Manage: 4) Add in the number of Additional Licenses you wish to purchase, then click the Purchase button. 5) You will be taken to the payment confirmation screen. Confirm the details of the purchase and select Next.
![]() 7) You will see the confirmation screen: Saving Credit Card Details for Future PaymentsYou can also save your credit card details to make future purchases and renewals speedier and more convenient. Note: Promevo does not store your sensitive credit card information locally on our servers. 1) To begin, check the Use card for all future gPanel renewals? box on the Credit Card Details screen before clicking Submit. 2) On your next renewal/purchase, you will then have the option of selecting the archived credit card for the renewal or purchase or using a different card. If you have the details for multiple cards archived, select the appropriate card from the drop down menu. Setup Offline Billing for your gPanel Subscription2) Begin by clicking the Billing Support link from the gPanel Purchase page. 3) Next, submit a ticket to Promevo Billing Support similar to the example below. Make sure that you select "Billing" for Nature of Request, and click Submit. 4) After being approved for offline billing, you will now notice a "Pay Offline with Invoice" option on the gPanel Purchase page. Select the option and click Next. 5) Next, enter a PO Number for the Invoice or, optionally, upload a PO form. Finally, click Submit and you will be invoiced for the amount of the purchase. |
