Shared Contacts Export

The Shared Contacts Export will create a Google spreadsheet with the users' profile information of the following fields: 
  • Email Address
  • Company
  • Job Title
  • Work Number
  • Mobile Number
  • Fax Number
  • Work Address

To get started, click Shared Contact Export under the Bulk Operations page

Click Export to start the Shared Contact Export. 

Once the export has completed a window will pop up with a link to the Google spreadsheet. 

You will also be notified via email once the export has complete. You will see the number of shared contacts exported as well as a link to the Google spreadsheet. 

The export will be created in your Google Docs. The export will include the following profile fields: 
  • email
  • company
  • job title 
  • work number 
  • mobile number
  • fax number 
  • work address
If the the field is empty in the user's profile it will also be empty in the Google Spreadsheet.
