Account Status
Account Status Allows you to manage your secondary domains that you currently own as well as the users and groups for the domains. On the right of that, the information you provided for your account at Promevo and the expiration date of your license.
Add a Secondary Domain to gPanel
Locate the Secondary Domain Management box.

You will see that the box contains your current primary domains and any other secondary domains you currently have managed.
Type in your secondary domain (secondary domains must be an existing secondary domain to your current primary domain in gPanel). In our example we will add magicitcloud.com to our magicitbox.com domain. Afterwords, press the green add button.


You will be prompted to enter a Primary Domain gPanel Administrator's credentials.

Click 
Your secondary domain members will now appear in gPanel for you to manage. Depending on the number of users in the secondary domain it may take several minutes for them to appear in the indexed entities.

Remove a Secondary Domain in gPanel.
Locate the Secondary Domain Management box.Click on the
RED X
to remove the domain you would like to remove.

Click the
button to verify the removal of the domain.


You will be prompted to enter a Primary Domain gPanel Administrator's credentials.

Once the domain removal has been verified the save button will grey out.

Your secondary domain members will no longer appear in gPanel for you to manage. Depending on the number of users in the secondary domain it may take several minutes for them to be removed from the indexed entries.

gPanel Timeout Configuration
You can now configure the time in between gPanel timeouts. When gPanel times out, users will need to sign back into the application. By default gPanel will timeout every 15 minutes.
To configure the new timeout, enter the value in minutes and click Save Settings. Note that the maximum timeout is 24 hours.
Account Information
You will also see account information such as Company Name, Address, etc. You cannot change this information through gPanel. You may contact support@promevo.com to change this information.
